Bravo to the team at Fitbit who understand what women want. The Tory Burch for Fitbit collection is a fit fashionista's dream. This partnership combines the technology of the Fitbit Flex with the fashion-forward designs of Tory Burch.
I hope more companies take note of this partnership and start brainstorming ways to take the technology of the wearables market and incorporate it into more wearable pieces, for women in particular.
For instance, I adore my Garmin vívofit, but there are definitely occasions where I feel it just looks a bit out of place with the rest of my attire. The designers at TB hit the mark by creating pieces that conceal the technology while looking chic. I mean look at this gold bracelet...the device is well-hidden but remains functional.
Or this pendant? Stop it.
Honestly, though, this collaboration had me seriously considering a Fitbit. ( Which I really never thought I needed in my life – even prior to having a vívofit. ) If these pieces end up looking as good ( and function equally as well ) in real life, I'll bet this collection strikes gold.
