The past week has been a whirlwind. Somewhere between work stress and coming down with a terrible cold, I managed to sneak away to Florida for the weekend. Though I wasn't feeling like my best self, a little sun, fun, and family time was the perfect remedy ( along with a slew of over-the-counter cold meds ).
I don't have the time ( or energy ) for a full-fledged post, but stay tuned for a recap of my visit to the Sunshine State. In the meantime, stay healthy. Especially if you're one of the unfortunate folks residing in the Midwest who will be experiencing some winter-like temps this weekend. Yikes.
